My Story

I grew up in Victoria, Kansas, just down the road from Hays. I went to Fort Hays State University to study nursing. I still work part time as an oncology nurse, a profession that allows me to care for a vulnerable population when they need it most. 

As Operations Manager at Launch Wealth, I focus on how the firm works and where it’s headed. I help design the systems and processes behind the client experience, and I help shape how Launch Wealth grows so it can serve more families without losing what makes it personal. Nursing taught me that our quality of care highly relies on the quality of systems we're using, and the same is true here. Ethan listens before he advises and looks at your whole financial life, not just the piece in front of him. My role is to help build a firm that carries that same care into everything we do, now and for years to come.

Ethan and I are raising our daughter, Elsie, here in Hays, close to the families we both grew up in. Most of our time outside of work goes to her, to our parish, and to anything that gets us outside.
